You will find the best establishments in each country,in different 10 categories, encompasing Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries and various other places. Each Star of Perfection is awarded after a rigorous selection method, that analyzes several aspects. Quality and satisfaccion are some of the characteristics to be evaluated.

Only the best reach the Perfection and are certificated with a Star of Perfection. From our origin, we have a philosophy of morale working. Each awarded emerging from exhaustive seearches by our staff, public opinion analysis, recomendations and quality. All our certyficated are visited anonymously by our inspectors and tested to see if they are worthy of Perfection granting that distinction.

Starting next year, we will have new awards for exceptional acievements or talents in differents areas. This areas fall outside traditional categories, potentiallly encompasing not only establishment but also personalities. Any extraordinary event throughout the year in the area of sports, science, art, culture or humanitarian work will be worthy of this recognition. Not only will individual achievements be recognized, but teamwork achievements will also be acknowledged.

There is no set number of awards or a stipulated start date; they will simply be announced as the ocasion warrants. It can be at any time of year, whenever a significant event ocurrs. Likewise, when an establishment that is not within the categories is recomended and it is proven that it has sufficient merit, standing out significantly.
